I was under the care of Mr Mulligan for approximately 2 yrs during which time I had a number of procedures, and saw him regularly (as a public patient). I can not fault his care, he was professional and attentive, he discussed my medical options with me, he was easy to talk too. My husband was also very pleased with his interactions with him, an absolute gentleman, I was sorry to hear he was no longer in my local hospital.

Huge communication issues and a downright lier, Will not accept responsibility for wrongdoing, always ends up getting other Doctors to clear up his Mess. A total Mistake of a Surgeon. Has been sued several Times, God help anyone who ends up unfortunate enough as his Patient.

Absolute genius, very attentive to patient. Great knowledge. He cured me in the past and always felt comfortable if I needed to contact him. If i ever experience illness like i did in the past he would be the first id contact.

This guy is seriously arrogant and nearly Killed me, numerous bad reports about him, He operated me in Tullamore and claimed to not have insurance in Dublin. Stay Away from him, he's has killed before..

My experience terrible, bad attitude,left me with colostomy,proctitis, Got C.Diff while under his care and massive haemorrage. Went to hospital to get a benign polp removed.Can not understand why still allowed to practice.
