I had a significant wait for counselling. Not long into communicating regarding the counselling the people who are now (always were?) Meant to look out for you have turned out to be a few nasty people indeed. The manager seems to be this Anne Marie hennigan ,let me tel you a cuter hoor you will not find. She will side with the staff no matter what whereas in my case the issue I had with them was completely their fault. When they were advised that ignoring me and making life a total misery is unacceptable and that their interacting was unacceptable and inappropriate, the way she conducted herself and the complaint was angry, disinterested and completely biased. They are horrible people. A girl called Jenny was the one who created the whole situation, shame on her.
