Very unreliable, refuses to pick up the phone when enquirying about my vehicle, the female receptionist is a total arragant b**ch would not know how to be professional if she tried....

A complete and utter asshole, we leave the car with him for what's suppose to be a quick service and then he messes it up so that the car won't start 5 hours later and then to top it all off gave us his word that he will fix it the next and doesn't bother to show up!!!
